Rebel is a real daddy's girl. Her father is very protective of her and after he divorced her mother he has been trying to get into shape. He hires a personal trainer, Johnny, who Rebel finds herself attracted to immediately. After her father has finished his session, he leaves to pick up a check for Johnny. Seeing her opportunity, Rebel tells him exactly how she feels and after sneaking into her room while her father is away, he shows her exactly what a real workout is.
